油麦菜180g

小米椒1个

油半勺

玫瑰盐2克(可根据自己口味添加)

 

『做法』

1.放入大蒜和小米椒,以5秒/速度5打碎。

2.加入油,以120度/1分钟/速度1 爆香。

3.放入油麦菜和玫瑰盐,以120度/2分钟/逆转/速度小勺 炒熟。

1 millet pepper
