INGREDIENTS
400 grams of White Cabbage
50 grams of Glass Noodles
50 grams of Shredded Pork
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Chopped Green Onion and Oil
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic, Rice Wine and Sesame Oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt, 1/3 teaspoon Sesame Salt
To prepare :
White Cabbage stems are 1cm wide and leaves are 3cm wide.
leaves and stems are separated.
The noodles are soak over 2 hours and sleep in 2~3 equal parts
and boil.
