INGREDIENTS
3-5 cloves of Garlic
10g Rice Bran Oil
350-450g Cabbage
80g Carrot
1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
PREPERATION
1. Place garlic with skin into mixing bowl. (8 secs, Speed 4, reverse)
2.Remove garlic skins.
3.Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
4. Add rice bran oil, sauté. (temp 120C, 3 minutes, Speed 1)
5. Add cabbage, carrot, and caltic sea salt. (steam, 5 minutes, speed stir, reverse)
6. Serve hot!
