Steamed Pork With Preserved Vegetables 梅干菜烧肉

『食材』

3 片 姜

20 克 油

500 克 五花肉 ,切成4×4厘米的块,焯水备用

50 克 料酒

15 克 老抽

35 克 生抽

100 克 水

50 克 糖

200 克 梅干菜干 ,洗净泡水1小时,并捏干水分

 

『做法』

1.将姜、油放入主锅,以2 分/120°C/速度小勺爆香。

2.加入五花肉、料酒、老抽、生抽、水和糖,以25 分/120度/逆转/速度小勺烹煮。

3.加入浸泡好的梅干菜干,不需要盖上量杯盖,以15 分/120度/逆转/速度小勺收汁,盛入碗内,趁热享用。

500 g pork belly, cut into 4×4 cm pieces, blanched for later use

50 g cooking wine

15 g soy sauce

35 g light soy sauce

100 g water

50 g sugar

200 g dried plums and dried vegetables, washed and soaked in water for 1 hour, and pinched the water

Direction

1. Put the ginger and oil in the mixing bowl and sauté 2 min/120°C/speed small spoon.

2. Add pork belly, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, water and sugar, and cook at 25 min/120 degrees/reversal/speed teaspoon.
