Steamed Egg Custard with Shrimps & Tofu

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs
A pinch of salt
1 pack of smooth Tofu, Cubes
6-8 pcs Shrimps, Washed & Peeled
Spring Onions, Chopped


INSTRUCTIONS


1. Mix eggs and add in a pinch of salt.
2. Mix with 1 cup of warm water
3. Put tofu into a plate & pour eggs in as well.
4. Place shrimps on top.
5. Put 1.5 Liters of water in Allda jug. (Speed Stir, 120C Temp, 20 - 25 minutes)
6. Done & Serve.

*Optional: After setting up, you can sprinkle some spring onions on top.
