Pineapple 1000g
Rock sugar 150g
Llime juice 2 tbsp
Direction
Put pineapple cut into the mixing bowl, blend it at 0 temp / 15 sec / speed 4
Drain juice away with cooking basket, then blend again at 15 sec / speed 6.
Add rock sugar, lime juice 100°C temp / 60 mins / speed 1
*if you see your paste still wet and not sticky enough, continue to cook until jam like
