酸梅汤是老北京传统的消暑饮料,
乌梅、山楂消油解腻、开胃健脾,
酸梅汤口感好,常饮可祛病除疾,
保健强身,是炎热夏季不可多得的
保健饮品。
用料:
乌梅25g
山楂25g
洋葱80g
陈皮10g
洛神花5朵
甘草2-3片
干桂花3g
水3000g
制作方法 :
1、主锅内倒入1800g的水,放入辅助篮,加入乌梅、山楂、陈皮、洛神花、甘草至辅助篮内,盖上主锅盖,以30秒/速度5清洗表面灰尘
2、利用刮刀棒捞起辅助篮,清空主锅。
3、主锅内加入1200g水和沥干水的 乌梅、山楂、陈皮、洛神花、甘草,盖上主锅盖和量杯盖,浸泡20分钟,20分钟后,以110度/30分钟烹煮。
4、从量杯盖加入冰糖,以110度/2分钟/ 逆转小勺至冰糖融化
5、乘出酸梅汤,用滤勺过滤掉多余的食材,滤出的酸梅汤放入密闭的容器内放凉,食用前撒上干桂花,口感更佳。
