Sour Plum Soup 酸梅汤

酸梅汤是老北京传统的消暑饮料,

乌梅、山楂消油解腻、开胃健脾,

酸梅汤口感好,常饮可祛病除疾,

保健强身,是炎热夏季不可多得的

保健饮品。

 

用料:

乌梅25g

山楂25g

洋葱80g

陈皮10g

洛神花5朵

甘草2-3片

干桂花3g

水3000g

 

制作方法 :

 

1、主锅内倒入1800g的水,放入辅助篮,加入乌梅、山楂、陈皮、洛神花、甘草至辅助篮内,盖上主锅盖,以30秒/速度5清洗表面灰尘

 

2、利用刮刀棒捞起辅助篮,清空主锅。

 

3、主锅内加入1200g水和沥干水的 乌梅、山楂、陈皮、洛神花、甘草,盖上主锅盖和量杯盖,浸泡20分钟,20分钟后,以110度/30分钟烹煮。

 

4、从量杯盖加入冰糖,以110度/2分钟/ 逆转小勺至冰糖融化

 

5、乘出酸梅汤,用滤勺过滤掉多余的食材,滤出的酸梅汤放入密闭的容器内放凉,食用前撒上干桂花,口感更佳。

Direction

1. Pour 1800g of water into the main pot, put it into the auxiliary basket, add ebony, hawthorn, tangerine peel, roselle, licorice to the auxiliary basket, cover the main pot, and clean the surface dust at 30 seconds/speed 5

2. Use the scraper to lift the auxiliary basket and empty the main pot.

3. Add 1200g water and drained ebony plum, hawthorn, dried tangerine peel, roselle, licorice to the mixing bowl, cover the mixing bowl lid and the measuring cup lid, soak for 20 minutes, after 20 minutes, cook at 110 degrees/30 minutes.

4. Add rock sugar from the lid of the measuring cup, and turn the spoon at 110 degrees/2 minutes/reverse until the rock sugar melts

5. Take out the sour plum soup, filter out the excess ingredients with a filter spoon, put the filtered sour plum soup in a closed container to cool, and sprinkle dried osmanthus before eating, the taste is better.
