Sayur Bayam Tumis Air

Ingredients:

10g of Cooking oil

1 Shallot (chopped)

2 Cloves of Garlic

Some anchovies

1 Chilli

½ of Carrot

1 bunch of Spinach

90g of Water

½ tsp of salt

1 tbsp of Oyster sauce


Steps:

1. Place garlic and shallot into the cooking vessel, chop them at Speed 5 for 5 seconds.

2. Scrape down sides of mixing vessel with spatula.

3. Add anchovies, cooking oil, and sauté for 3mins/ temp 120°C/ speed 1.

4. Add in chopped carrots, spinach, water, oyster sauce, salt and cooked for 3mins/ temp 120°C/ reverse function.

5. Ready to serve!
