荔枝肉 500g

冰糖 100克

柠檬 半个

 

『做法』

1.    所有的材料放进熬乐多,120℃/40分钟/速度2,半小时开一次盖,看一下收汁情况。

 2.    出锅装进无油无水的密封罐保存,可以放一周没问题。

Practice

  1. Put all the ingredients into Boiler, 120℃/40 minutes/speed 2, open the lid once every half an hour to see the juice collection.
