INGREDIENTS
500g Pork Ribs
1 Garlic clove
1/2 Ginger
15g Soy sauce
1 tsp pepper
20g siew heng wine
1 tsp sugar
15g taucu sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add garlic and ginger into ALLDA jug to stir fry. (Speed 1, 120C Temp, 3mins)
2. Add everything in. (Speed 2, 120C, 8 mins)
