Orange Buttercake

INGREDIENTS

250g Sugar

50g Orange Juice

15g Orange Rind

170g Butter, soften

4 Egg, room temperature

50g Milk, room temperature

250g Plain Flour

15g Baking Powder

INSTRUCTION

Oil 2 baking mould (20 x 10 x 7cm) and pre-heat the oven to 170°C.

Blend the sugar, orange juice and orange rind for 10 seconds at Speed 8.

Add in the butter and egg, and blend them at Speed 5 for 20 seconds.

Add in milk and the dry ingredients, blend at Speed 4 for 30 seconds. 

Pour the batter into baking mould and bake for 30 minutes.
