INGREDIENTS
1. Base
150g Hwa Tai Marie Coffee Biscuits
60g Butter, Melted
2. Top
220g White Chocolate, Melted
260g Cheese
110g Whipping Cream
2 packs LUXURY Tiramisu Biscuits
PREPERATION
1. Mix in Marie Biscuits (1 Min, Speed 4)
2. Add in melted butter and mix again. (30 Secs, Speed 4)
3. Pour cookie crumbs into mold and press tightly.
4. Place cookie moldings into freezer for 5 minutes.
5. In the meantime, pour whipping cream, cheese mixture and white chocolates into jug and mix well. (Temp 50C, 1 Min, Speed 4)
6. Pour cheese mixture on top of the cookie crumb base.
7. Fold through chopped LUXURY tiramisu biscuits and chill for at least 5-6 hours/overnight.
