Mushroom Powder 香菇粉

准备香菇,洗干净,晒干或烘干

干香菇(用越好的干香菇,制作出来的香菇粉会更香、更好味)

做法:
Direction:
1. 干香菇洗净(不要浸泡),放在筛子里摆在艳阳下晒干。(若是晴天大约晒两天,我晒的时候下午经常下雨,所以一共晒了三天)
Wash the dried mushroom (do not soak it), then dry it under the sun (around 2 or 3 days)
2. 将晒干的干香菇剪成或切成小小块,然后整齐地排在铺了不沾布或烘焙纸的烤盘上。
Cut the dried mushroom into pieces, then put it on the baking tray with baking paper
3. 放进预热好的烤箱内,用120度烤20分钟。(烤的温度与时间请参考自家烤箱的温度。不要用高温烤,温度大约是100度-130度,烤至用手捏时会有脆卜卜的声音,且看到干香菇捏碎后会有粉末出现即可停止烘烤
Put into the pre-heat oven, bake 120°C 20 mins. Then grind the baked mushroom into powder.
