INGREDIENTS:
butter - 85g
fine sugar - 130g
eggs - 2
moist choco cake mix - 140g
cold water - 135ml
PREPERATION:
1. Mix butter & fine sugar until light and fluffy (Speed 5, 3 minutes)
2. Mix egg one at a time until well combined.
3. Add in moist choco cake mix and cold water, mix until well combined (Speed 4, 3 minutes)
4. Pour the batter into your baking pan which has been buttered.
5. Bake at 180C for 25min in oven.
