Mixed Sauce Noodle 杂酱面

杂酱面是中国传统特色面食

最初起源北京,属山东鲁菜

不过在传遍大江南北之后

便被誉为“中国十大面条”之一

 

『食材

水面300g、水1500g、油30g、味精1勺匙、辣椒面10g、蒜末5g、酱油20g

『做法

1. 将油放入主锅,以120度/3分钟/速度1加热,揭开锅盖,将辣椒面加入锅中以30秒/速度1搅拌,再加入蒜末、酱油、味精,以5秒/速度1搅拌。结束后放入容器内备用。

2. 将水倒入主锅内以100度/15分钟/速度1煮沸。

3. 待水烧开后再将水面放入主锅内以120度/1分钟/逆转速度1进行烹煮。

4. 结束后,将煮好的面放入装有调料的容器内,加入自制肉酱即自制肉酱即可

300g noodles,

1500g water,

30g oil,

1 tablespoon MSG,

10g chili noodles,

5g minced garlic,

20g soy sauce


Direction
