INGREDIENTS
300g Barley
200g Wheat
200g Brown Rice
200g of Black beans
1 teaspoon Salt
To prepare :
Clean the four crops for more than five hours.
Setting :
Mix evenly the crushed material, let it cool.
Tip :
Dry the steamed grain for more than one day. It becomes more delicious when dried and roasted.
