『做法』
1.将水和干酵母粉放入锅中,以10 秒/速度 3混合。
2.加入高筋面粉、糖、盐、奶粉、黄油和蛋,以10 秒/速度 3混合,再以4 分/搅拌键,取出面团揉圆,盖上保鲜膜放置温暖的地方发酵至2倍大。
3.预热烤箱到170°C 。
4.将面团分成30克的小面团,揉成纺锤状,将小面团放在铺有烘焙用纸的烤盘上,再次醒发至2倍大。
5.放入烤箱以170°C烤10-12分钟或烤至金黄色后取出,待冷却后取出烤好的面包,在面包中间切开一刀,填入沙拉酱,再填上肉松,即可享用。
