Meat Floss Bread 肉松面包

『食材』

160 克 水

1 茶匙 干酵母粉

300 克 高筋面粉

45 克 糖

1/2茶匙 盐

1 茶匙 奶粉

25 克 黄油

1/2颗 蛋

沙拉酱适量,依个人喜好添加

250 克 肉松 ,可熬乐多自制

 

『做法』

1.将水和干酵母粉放入锅中,以10 秒/速度 3混合。

2.加入高筋面粉、糖、盐、奶粉、黄油和蛋,以10 秒/速度 3混合,再以4 分/搅拌键,取出面团揉圆,盖上保鲜膜放置温暖的地方发酵至2倍大。

3.预热烤箱到170°C 。

4.将面团分成30克的小面团,揉成纺锤状,将小面团放在铺有烘焙用纸的烤盘上,再次醒发至2倍大。

5.放入烤箱以170°C烤10-12分钟或烤至金黄色后取出,待冷却后取出烤好的面包,在面包中间切开一刀,填入沙拉酱,再填上肉松,即可享用。

Direction

2. Add high-gluten flour, sugar, salt, milk powder, butter and eggs, mix at 10 seconds/speed 3, then 4 min/stir, take out the dough and knead it, cover with plastic wrap and leave it in a warm place to ferment to 2 times Big.

3. Preheat the oven to 170°C.

4. Divide the dough into 30 grams of small dough, knead it into a spindle shape, put the small dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and proof it again to twice its size.

5. Put it in the oven and bake at 170°C for 10-12 minutes or roast until golden brown and take it out. After cooling, take out the toasted bread, cut a knife in the middle of the bread, fill in the salad dressing, and then fill in the pork floss. Enjoy.
