糯米30g

紫米30g

糙米30g

黑豆30g

红腰豆30g

花生30g

莲子30g

红枣6颗

干桂圆肉30g

水1000g

将米类和豆类提前浸泡2小时

 

制作方法 :

 

1、将米类豆类沥干,莲子去芯,桂圆肉去核,块大的撕成两瓣

2、将泡好的米类与豆类放入主锅内加水和红枣、桂圆肉以110度/30分钟/逆转小勺烹煮 

3、揭开主锅盖,加入适量冰糖粉以110度/20分钟/逆转小勺烹煮,结束后装盘即可
