Bahan-bahan:
8 biji bawang merah
5 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
5 tangkai cili kering
2 sudu makan udang kering
2 batang serai (dititik)
500 ml santan
1 sudu makan serbuk kunyit
Garam secukup rasa
Air secukupnya
Sedikit minyak
Sayur-sayuran (Dipotong):
150 gm lobak merah
150 gm sengkuang
150 gm bunga kobis
150 gm kacang panjang
150 gm terung
1 bungkus tempeh
3 ketul tauhu
100 gm suhun
Cara memasak:
1. Kisarkan bawang merah, bawang putih, halia, cili kering dan udang kering selama 20 saat / Kelajuan 8.
2. Tambahkan sedikit minyak dan serai yang telah dititik. Tumiskan selama 4 minit / Suhu 120 ℃ / Reverse / Kelajuan 1.
3. Seterusnya, masukkan santan, serbuk kunyit, garam dan air secukupnya. Didihkan selama 8 minit / Suhu 120 ℃ / Reverse / Kelajuan 1.
4. Masukkan bahan-bahan sayuran dan masakkan selama 15 minit / Suhu 100 ℃ / Reverse / Kelajuan 1.
5. Hidangkan bersama dengan nasi impit.
Ingredients:
8 shallots
5 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
5 stalks of dried chilies
2 tablespoons dried shrimp
2 stalks of lemongrass
500 ml coconut milk
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste

Vegetables (To cut):
150 gm carrot
150 gm sengkuang
150 gm cauliflower
150 gm long beans
150 gm brinjal
1 pack of tempeh
3 pieces of tofu
100 gm suhun
Cooking method:
1. Blend shallots, garlic, ginger, dried chili and dried shrimp for 20 seconds / Speed 8.
2. Add a little oil and lemongrass. Saute for 4 minutes / Temperature 120 ℃ / Reverse / Speed 1.
3. Next, add coconut milk, turmeric powder, salt and enough water. Boil for 8 minutes / Temperature 120 ℃ / Reverse / Speed 1.
4. Add the vegetable ingredients and cook for 15 minutes / Temperature 100 ℃ / Reverse / Speed 1.
5. Serve with nasi impit.
