After months of working on Kitchen Arena's first publication, an e-magazine focusing on all things foodservice. Whether you're just curious about the food and beverage (F&B) industry, an aspiring restaurateur or a chef, our publication is meant to be appreciated by all readers alike.
When it comes to F&B publications in the country, suffice to say, there is not much out there. Which was why we decided that the foray into publication would be a good way to diversify ourselves into more areas of the business.
As we have dealt with many entities in our line of work, we dicovered that there is a startling amount of misinformation and poor knowledge amongst our clients. To that end, we felt as if it was upon us to make a difference. And we are proud to see our efforts over the past months finally come to fruition.
For the longest time, the mention of commercial kitchen equiipment will inevitably conjure up the dullest notion one can think of. To put it simply, kitchen equipment are tools and at their most fundamental, merely technical things.
To that end, our aim is to market commercial kitchen equipment alongside the individuals behind them. Whether you're a chef or a restaurant busines owner, we are here to tell your stories.
At the same time, we know that our lives have become invariably linked and influenced by food. Once, it might be difficult to imagine that any sane person would queue for hours or drive across distances in the pursuit of food. But now, its the norm. So much so that foodie channels can be such major sources of income for bloggers and influencers.
Our editor herself is one such food hunter-slash-cafe hopper, so it was natural that we leverage that for our magazine. We start off the magazine by highlighting the new openings in our fair city and we hope that you would check them out too.
In the future, we plan for this magazine to be more than an electronic version. But for now, we are just so excited for you to read it!
