INGREDIENTS

200 g of flour (strong flour)

(Dry) glutinous rice flour 100g

INSTRUCTION

To Prepare:

• Weigh the ingredients and serve each in a bowl.

• Mix ingredients and put them in a bowl.


Cooking:

1. Add water and yeast, dissolve at 37 degrees / 2 minutes / speed 2, add flour and salt. Put in and knead with 0 degrees / 5 minutes / dough. Put the finished dough in a bowl. Put the wrap and put it in the steamer.
