Hainanese Kopitiam Loaf

INGREDIENTS

280 BWY Jap Bread Flour

10gm Wholemeal Flour

100gm starter

150ml water, room temp

Pinch of salt

20gm sugar

30gm butter, softened


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place all ingredients into the ALLDA jug and mix. (Speed 7, Temp 0, 3 mins).

2. Put the butterfly whisk into the jug, add in butter. (Kneading mode, temp 0).

3. Take out dough to proof for 1 hour.

4. Pop in oven and bake at 180°C for 40 mins.
