Gula Melacca Kaya

Ingredients 

5 Pandan leaves

3 Egg

30g Gula Melacca

30g Brown sugar

180ml Coconut milk

Direction

  1. Put the blade in the jug and put pandan leaves and eggs 0 degrees / 1 min /  grinding at speed 10
  2. After grinding, sift egg and pandan leaves using a sieve to remove excess chucks of pandan leaves. 
  3. Blend the pandan leaves with the eggs.
  4. Then, sieve the blended mixture to remove the pandan residue. Pour the liquid back into a bowl.
  5. Add whisk to ALLDA, then put gula melacca, brown sugar and coconut to the jug cook together with the pandan leaves and egg. 90 temp / 50 min / speed 2 (take off the measuring cup when 90°c)
