INGREDIENTS

10g of Ginseng

70g of Apples

70g of Pineapples

50g of Pears

10g of Onions

2 tablespoons of Oil

1/2 tablespoon Sugar

a bit Vinegar and Salt

Tip :

When storing ginseng, wash it clean, dry it for a day and put it in the fridge
