15g Red Bean, soaked
30g Lotus Seed
30g Walnut, toasted
20g Dried Dates
20g Dried Logan
10g Dried Goji Berry
1 litre Water
30g Rock Sugar (optional)
INSTRUCTION
Place all the ingredients into Allda bowl, cook it using Stir at 110°C for 30 minutes.
