Crucian Carp Tofu Soup 鲫鱼豆腐汤

鲫鱼豆腐汤是一道汉族名菜,属于粤菜菜系,口味咸鲜可口,鲫鱼具有很好的催乳作用,配用豆腐,益气养血、健脾宽中,豆腐亦富有营养,含蛋白质较高,对于产后康复及乳汁分泌有很好的促进作用。

 

主要材料:

 

鲫鱼1条(300g)

豆腐200g(切块4厘米*4厘米)

油20g

水600g

姜片10g

京葱10g(切段)

盐5g

料酒30g

 

做法 :

 

1、插入蝴蝶棒,将姜片、油、京葱、鲫鱼、料酒放入主锅内,料酒放入时要淋在鱼身上,以120度 /5分钟/逆转小勺 爆香。

2、加入水,以110度/25分钟/逆转小勺烹煮,最后十分钟从主锅孔加入豆腐、盐

Direction
