主要食材:

 

洋葱40g

培根200g(切丁)

特级初榨橄榄油20g

意大利面120g

水1200g

芝士

乳酪30g

做法 :

1、将洋葱放入主锅内,以5秒/速度5切碎,用刮刀棒刮至锅底,加入培根丁和特级初榨橄榄油,以120度/5分钟/速度1爆香,放入容器内备用

 

2、加入水,1/2勺匙盐放入主锅内,以100度/10分钟/速度1煮沸

 

3、从主锅孔中加入意大利面,无需盖上量杯盖,以100度/10分钟/逆转速度1烹煮结束后利用辅助篮将意大利面沥干,放入装有培根丁的的容器中混合均匀保持温度

 

4、将蛋、芝士乳酪、1/2勺匙盐和胡椒粉放入主锅内,以10秒/速度6混合,将混合酱汁倒入拌好的培根意大利面中,搅拌均匀即可
