Convotherm 4 easyDial introduced Advanced Closed System+ (ACS+) to the world. The Advanced Closed System+ offers perfection in ensuring peak performance in all Convotherm 4 appliances. It guarantees perfect steam saturation, automatic humidity adjustment in combi-steam cooking and fast, even heat transfer for convection.
Introducing Convotherm 4 ACS+
Before understanding the ACS+, we need to know how the Closed System (CS) works as a basic. The Closed System works like a pan lid, keeping heat and moisture in the combi steamer so that the temperature rises rapidly and less power and steam are required. The new ACS+ system can do even more from there. It uses smart active control of air input and output. After all, if you want to reduce a sauce, you take the lid off the pad. To do so, they control the air output by lowering the water barrier, letting the steam escape. Extra function Crisp&Tasty is introduced, thanks to ACS+ system. Smart active control of air input is switch on for Crisp&Tasty in 5 levels. After executing the system correctly, the smart active control of air input is switched off and the water barrier is restored.

easyDial user Interface
EasyDial focuses on simpler and smoother user experience so you do not need a highly skilled and trained worker to always be present to use the appliance. All functions can be set on one operating level by the central control unit, Convotherm-Dial (C-Dial) and digital display.

Core temperature probe is included so it is easier to be aware of inner temperature of Convotherm combi oven. Multi-point core temperature probe ensure precise core temperature input and display for better cooking result.
