INGREDIENTS
180g Coconut Milk
40g Milk
20g Sugar
1 nos Pandan Leaf
4g Gelatine Powder
16g Water
20g Tropical Fruits (Orange, Pineapple, etc as topping), cut to desired size
INSTRUCTION
Mix the gelatine powder with water and let it bloom.
Bring coconut milk, milk, sugar and pandan leaf to boil using 100°C for 3 minutes with Stir.
Add in the bloomed gelatine, and mix well with Speed 1 for 20 seconds.
After fully melted, pour the mixture into cups.
Place into the fridge until it is set.
Arrange the cut tropical fruits on top of the panna cotta and ready to serve.
