Chinese Yam Juice with Coix Seed 山药薏仁汁

『食材』

250 克 山药, 去皮切块

50 克 薏米仁, 提前浸泡4小时左右

1000 克 水, 常温

30 克 冰糖粉

 

『做法』

1.将山药、薏米仁、水和冰糖粉放入主锅,以30 分/100°C/速度小勺烹煮。

2.再以3 分/速度 10调和,热饮或冷饮皆可。


Ingredients

250 g yam, peeled and cut into pieces

50 g barley kernels, soak in advance for about 4 hours

1000 g water, room temperature

30 g rock sugar powder

Direction

1. Put the yam, barley kernels, water and rock sugar powder in mixing bowl and cook at 30 min/100°C/speed teaspoon.

2. Reconcile at 3 minutes/speed 10, either hot or cold.
