INGREDIENTS
500g Kuey Teow (glass noodles)
2 pcs Garlic cloves
200g Prawns
1 stick Chinese Sausage
1 Egg, lightly beaten
100g Tuaugeh (bean sprouts)
10g Dark soy sauce
30g Soy sauce
1 tsp White pepper
20g Fresh chives, cut to 3cm length
20g Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Mix sauces with kuey teow, set aside.
2. Put garlic in ALLDA jug. (Turbo mode, 3 seconds)
3. Add oil and chinese sausage to sauté (Speed Stir, 7mins, reverse mode).
4. At 4mins add in prawns and kuey teow. (Add in Butterfly Whisk)
5. At 3mins add taugeh and fresh chives.
6. Put on measuring cup to cover.
7. At 2mins pour egg in.
8. Serve and enjoy!
