Ingredient:
300g of burdock,
2 tablespoons of oil,
a little bit of sesame.
3 tablespoons of seasoned soy sauce,
2 tablespoons of Mirim, water and sugar,
1 tablespoon of refined rice wine and starch syrup.
To prepare:
After washing the burdock with a sponge,
