Ingredients:
220g of Butter
1 Egg yolk
120g of Icing sugar
1tsp of Vanilla essence
170g of All-purpose flour
150g of Corn flour
50g of Custard powder
1tsp of baking powder
Steps:
1. Cream the butter and sugar 1min/ speed 4.
2. Add 1 tsp of vanilla essence and continue mix for 5sec/ speed 4.
3. Then, add all the dry ingredients and mix them together 15secs/ speed 4.
4. Scrape sides down with spatula and fill it in a piping bag.
5. The mixture is done and ready to bake some cookies!
*Note: Bake for 15-18 mins at 160°C. Use a proper nozzle to pipe the cookies.
