Beef radish soup

INGREDIENTS

a. 50g of beef (for street)

b. 130g of radish

c. 500ml of water

d. 50g onion (1/4)

e. 20g green onions (1/3)t

f. 10g garlic (chopped)/ 2 teaspoon

g. 1g of ginger (chopped)

h. 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

i. 1 teaspoon fish sauce

j. 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil

PREPARATION

a. Cut radish into 2cm / 0.5cm thick flat.

b. Beef is cut to the same size of radish and put on a paper towel to drain the blood.

c. Chop the onions and chop the green onions diagonally.

d. Put the blade in the cooking container and add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, beef and water.

e. Block the inlet and set it to 110 degrees / 18 minutes / reverse rotation / stirring

    Fry the meat for 3 minutes, add water and boil for the remaining time (15 minutes)

f. When the meat broth is made, add radish, onion, minced garlic, and minced ginger

   110 degrees / 10 minutes / Reverse rotation / Stir until ingredients are cooked

g. Boil for 7 minutes. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, green onions and cook for the remaining time (3 minutes).
