INGREDIENTS

100g for Beef bulgogi

1 Raw Shiitake Mushroom

1/2 onion

50g Glass Noodle

2 Eggs

Rice Bowl Sauce 150ml

Water 120ml

Black pepper powder 

2 pieces of seaweed

To prepare :

The noodles are soaked for more than an hour.
Slice onion and shiitake mushrooms into thin slices.
