Of course, they don’t operate independently; restaurant staff are still necessary to load orders, tell the robot where to go, and put used dishes onto the robot.

However, BbEE Series Serving Robot is first of its kind to be introduced with visual positioning, depth vision camera and lidar which does not rely on QR codes hiding on the wall, ceiling or floor to operate or execute commands.
