To prepare :
Remove the entrails and heads of anchovies.
Stir-fry anchovies in an ungreased pan
Tip :
Anchovies broth taste clean when they are removed from the entrails and head.
Stir-fry anchovies on an oil-free pan to reduce the fishy smell.
