INGREDIENTS
Almond Tofu:
100g Water (A)
40g Sugar
5g Gelatine Powder
30g Water (B)
300g Almond Milk
Goji Orange Syrup:
25g Orange Rind
180g Water
90g Sugar
30g Goji Berry
INSTRUCTION
Almond Tofu:
Mix the gelatine powder and water (B), let it bloom.
Warm up the water (A) and sugar in the bowl at 90°C for 3 minutes with Stir.
Add in the bloomed gelatine into the mixture, mix it with Speed 1 for 20 seconds.
Add in almond milk, mix it with Speed 1 for 20 seconds.
Pour into bowls/cups. Place into the fridge and let it set.
Goji Orange Syrup:
Cook orange rind, water and sugar with 100°C for 5 minutes with Speed 1.
Blend until fine at Speed 10 for 10 seconds.
Add in the goji berry, mix it with Speed 1 for 15 seconds.
Let it cool in the fridge overnight for better flavour.
