Recommended Usage
Concentration used is governed by:
- Machine pressure
- Machine temperature
- Wash cycle time
- Water hardness
- Pre-scraping operation
Under normal condition, Super Shine DW 1 can be used at 65°C in water of 100 ppm hardness at the pressure of 15 – 25 psi. The ideal use concentration is 1:200 to 1:100. However, the concentration has to be proportionately increased in water above 100 ppm hardness and low pressure machine requires slightly lower concentration.
